The Maharaja Restaurant

Any doubts you may have about the grandeur and refinement of Indian cuisine won't survive a visit to the Maharaja Restaurant. The setting in the arches-and-romance splendour of the Maharaja could hardly be more sublime, and the themed music that plays during dinner creates a seductive aural backdrop to a spectacular meal: luscious, yogurt-marinated tandoori; rich, buttery masala (a classic blend of spices); tender dhal cooked slowly over a flame; chicken or lamb biryani, all accompanied by delicious, freshly baked breads. The best of the desserts is the exquisite kulfi (a slightly grainy ice cream infused with pistachio and cardamom).

Walking through the entry of this grand food palace, it's hard not to get overwhelmed by the opulence and intricate beauty. The foyer is dressed in marble and trimmed in delicate gold foiling that shimmers in the sparkling light. Impressive carved chandeliers hover overhead, and their reflections dance, twirl, and shine on the dance floor.

Choose the Maharaja for its opulent beauty, dedication to service, and exotic royal cuisine… it's easy to forget that you are not royalty here.

The Maharani Room

For a taste of Royal India, The Maharani Room is the place to dine in privacy. The opulent private dining room is ornamented with traditional Indian artefacts and fine silk draperies. It is open for dinner and reservations are recommended.
